At a place where you can drink all the sake you want for 1500 yen an hour. The shop seemed to be busy, so I couldn't take any pictures. It's just a record. The fourth drink was a winter usu-nigori from Mie Prefecture. I like nigori sake itself, so it was definitely delicious. The sourness and sweetness are perfect.

At first I drank the supernatant without the cage, and I could feel sweet and acid. Then I mixed the cobwebs in and drank it, the sweetness and acidity softened, and it tasted like the flavor of the rice expanded. Personally, I prefer the taste of the supernatant alone. I can drink it without feeling strong alcohol, so I can drink it very fast. My personal favorite ★★★☆☆☆☆
