At first I drank the supernatant without the cage, and I could feel sweet and acid.
Then I mixed the cobwebs in and drank it, the sweetness and acidity softened, and it tasted like the flavor of the rice expanded. Personally, I prefer the taste of the supernatant alone.
I can drink it without feeling strong alcohol, so I can drink it very fast.
