Umegae sake is one of my favorite Nagasaki sakes. Their jyunmai ginjyo and jyunmai daiginjyo are wonderful. I really like their nama as well. This one was a medium light flavor and easy to drink. Don't pass it up if you find it on the menu. You won't regret it.

This sake is quite nice. Sweet, but not too sweet. Quite easy to drink. Like most Nara sakes it's very good. Definitely recommend it

This is a very nice 'nama' sake. The natural bubbles are wonderful. It's quite sweet and creamy so it's best as a dessert sake. I really enjoyed it with chocolate mint. But I think any type of chocolate or dried fruit would match this sake well. Chocolate covered dried fruit would be nice too. I will get some the next time I have this sake.

It's definitely a dry sake. A very light taste and goes down very easily. A little kick at the end to let you know that you are drinking sake and not a flavored water. Good for an after dinner drink.

Very fruity. Just like the label says. Quite nice with sashimi. Smooth and easy to drink. For those who enjoy fruity flavors I would definitely recommend it.
