Outside drinking. The color is pink as you can see. It looks pretty pink, but they say no coloring is used. I wonder how they make it this pink 🤔 amazing. The smell is sweet and sour. It is slightly carbonated in the mouth and sweet with strawberry🍓 flavor. Mild and creamy. Sweet and sour combined with sourness 🤤. And it wears off with a gentle sweet and sour taste. The low alcohol content almost makes you mistake it for a juice. It's a good alternative to dessert 🍶.

Outside drinking. 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture The aroma is like a white wine. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and sour like a white wine. The acidity is strong. The astringency comes out at the end and it finishes. Perhaps it is because of the astringency, but it leaves a refreshingly dry impression.

Outside drinking. I had never seen Orikarami in Jyushiyo before. It is slightly carbonated on the palate, but has a mildness that is typical of nama-zake. It has the same gentle sweetness as the regular one, and I think it's a solid product. In addition, it has a nigori-like rice flavor that makes it somewhat luxurious 😊. It has a lingering aftertaste that slowly settles into place. The overall harmony was perfect even with the orikara-mi, it was a perfect balance 🤤.

Outside drinking. The sake rice is from the Kikuchi River basin in Kumamoto Prefecture. The alcohol content is slightly low at 13 degrees. It has a sweet taste of white grapes in the mouth. It is similar to white wine. The acidity is strong, but then the sweetness comes out. The mouthfeel is soft and sparkling. The waiter said that it would refresh the oil. It was true, the acidity and sapidity reset the oily feeling of the meat dish 😄.

Drinking out. When you drink outside, you accumulate records of what you drank😅. The aroma is almost imperceptible. It is refreshing when you put it in your mouth. There is a slight sweetness, but it gives a light impression. The aftertaste is a bit like a classic Japanese sake. Sake that is not too sweet is also good. Straightforward and simple impression 🍶.

Drinking outside. The amount of information on the label is amazing: leap year commemorative brewing, kurodoruri, kamizumi, yamadanishiki 😳. 100% Yamadanishiki Sweet aroma as it pours into the glass. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pineapple-like sweetness. The sweetness is not persistent, but it is a little strong. The mouthfeel is clean and watery. It has a nice sharpness, making it easy to drink. It's so easy to drink that you're afraid you'll finish it before you know it😅.

Outside drinking. The pink🩷 label is eye-catching. Hana Moui 100%. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness. After that, the umami flavor comes out soon after. The mouthfeel is a little firm and you can feel the outline of the sake. It finishes with a bitter taste. It feels a little heavy. Perhaps it was because the sake I had before this was light and refreshing, so I felt it was even heavier. I would like to drink it first next time.

Outside drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki, Special A District, Hyogo Prefecture When poured into a glass, it has a sweet aroma. It has a high aroma like a daiginjo. It is not too thick nor too thin in the mouth, and has a moderate sweetness. The sweetness is unique to Jyushidai. It is difficult to describe. The mouthfeel is mellow and there is almost no hit. It melts away without any aftertaste. No wonder it is called the best. ☺️
