It has a high aroma like a daiginjo.
It is not too thick nor too thin in the mouth, and has a moderate sweetness.
The sweetness is unique to Jyushidai. It is difficult to describe.
The mouthfeel is mellow and there is almost no hit.
It melts away without any aftertaste.
No wonder it is called the best. ☺️
