It's here again this year! The season of autumn age and hiyaoroshi (grated sake) is here: ‼️ Naturally, I had the Sagaminada Autumn Agari🍂 at ‼️ This sake is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Special Honjozo. This sake is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Special Honjozo. Sagaminada's brewery is really good. Sagaminada's brewery is really handmade. The quality of the sake is a result of their hard work.... It is a wonderful brewery. Basically, it's very tasty. However, there are some years when the autumn harvest is to my liking and some years when it is not to my liking. and there are times when it's not my favorite year. It's a very difficult thing to do, but this year is also a great year. Excellent workmanship👍! The sweetness is followed by the spiciness. The spiciness comes out and disappears quickly leaving only the umami on the palate. Excellent 👍👍👍👍! This year was also very delicious 🙌

It was served unfiltered raw in early spring. But I'm too addicted to Taishinshu... Last year, it was around this time of the year... Last year, it was so good that we had four bottles of it. The boss said... this one is fire-aged, so it's not sparkling. It's not fizzy, but it's okay. Well, well, well... oh, it's just as good as last year's. It's like it doesn't have the sparkle of last year's flavor. It's a nice sake with a nice mouthfeel 🙌 Last year's bubbly sake. Take it to camp ⛺️ This sake is great even when naturally heated👍! Delicious 😋 and I'm sure I'll be back 👍💯.

I was really thinking of buying a hand full. I went to Mr. Ohbuchi, who has always been so kind to me... The moment I saw the refrigerator... my hands were 🖐️ I have a hand full... a hand full... I don't know why I'm feeling so aggressive this time... I have to do it without being seen... I felt like I had to do it without being seen... And then I realized it was in my hands... lol I waited a little over 2 weeks... (because I was getting a different sake and I really didn't want to treat Daishinshu as an izakaya drink) Oh my gosh, it's the best ‼️👍 The potential of Daishinshu is so high ‼️ Sagaminada and Daishinshu are too good in my opinion‼️ It's delicious 😋 That's all I have to say 🙏.

Here we come again this year 🙌 Sagamihara✖️Yamada Nishiki‼️🙌 From President Ohbuchi... Spicy 😵 and... This year it's alky and spicy... I'm going to let it sit for a while with some air in it. Sagaminada brewed by Kubota Shuzo ❗️ He taught me about this Sagaminada 15 years ago. Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Sagamihara Hashimoto ❗️ I can't thank them enough. First the supernatant...hmmm...spicy❗️ but clear❗️ Maze maze...ah, exquisite flavor is added❗️ Super exquisite and super fine bubbles in the mouth 👄. Still wonderful👍 I was very impressed!

Last week, I went to greet the New Year. I went to Mr. Ohbuchi to get some sake 🍶. The moment my eyes met this sake I thought "This is it~‼️" and got it. The boss told me it was a gentle sake... I love drinking Sagaminada nigori. It was gone in a second. I went to my usual Mr. Ohbuchi to get another bottle. One more bottle of something... oh wow... The sake you posted on your instagram... After a night shift, two days late, I dashed to I went to Ohbuchi Sake Shop. I received the new Sagaminada sake I was looking for. The opening ceremony: ‼️ First, the supernatant... A little bit of spiciness and acidity followed. The lees are mazemaze... The super fine sparkle that I love so much is still there 💪... It's too good as always every year 🍶.

I've always loved Daishinshu, but it's potential around the fall is just too high The potential of the autumnal flavor is just too much... From the first sip, all the pores in my head are open 🤣. Year off for various reasons😅 I went to Ohbuchi-san in Hashimoto... I met the president for the first time in a really long time... Of course I bought his favorite sake 🍶‼️ Oh, he's so kind!
