The last and finest sake we received! A slight shwashiness on the palate. Deep umami, refined sweetness, a hint of sourness, and a fruity aroma. Wow, delicious! 4.9/5.0

black label Specifications not available A limited edition, too rare and incomprehensible. We've all shared a quadruple. I didn't have much to drink and I was quite drunk and I didn't write down the flavor. I'm sure it was good.

The main brands of each brewery are Katsuyama, Sumizue, Hakurakusei, Sanwa, Haginotsuru, Miyakanbaai and Koganezawa, all of which are nationally recognized brands of sake. This is the sixth and sixth chapter of the Junmai Daiginjo with locally grown "Sasanishiki". The leader brewery and each process are rotated on a rotating basis. This year's leader is Kanba Shuzo (the city of Osaki is home to the "Osaki Kodo", which is registered as a World Agricultural Heritage Site). The brewery has honed its expertise in Daiginjo brewing and selected "Sasanishiki" to 29%. Each process is made by: "Leader Brewery", "Kanba Sake Brewery", "Polishing", "Shinzawa Brewery", "Malted Rice", "Malted Rice", "Sendai Izakaya Katsuyama Sake Brewery", "Mother", "Shanwa Sake Brewery", "Unshu", "Unshu", "Hagino Sake Brewery", "Unshu", "Kawa Kei Shoten".
