Today's final destination, Fukuju's Kobe Shu-shin-kan 😀 .
We spent too much time in Nishinomiya-go (we spent too much time talking with the brewery staff), so we decided to skip the sake brewery in Uozaki-go and went to Sake-shinkan in Mikage-go for the most important thing of the day, soba noodles and sake 😀.
No matter how many times I eat here, the soba is always delicious and goes perfectly with Fukuju sake 😀.
It's a brewery, so maybe it's not a surprise 😅.
We ended today's tour of the brewery by purchasing two bottles of the brewery's limited edition sake to take home at the store inside the brewery 😀.
Today's walking distance was about 18 km... I finished the walk with delicious sake in the fine autumn weather 😀.

Good evening, Yasube!
I had Fukuju on my trip to Chugoku region last month and you recommended the raw sake from the brewery at that time 🤗.
Soba and sake is a great way to finish 👍.
But 18 km is a long walk 💦.

Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
Thanks for the sake brewery tour in Hyogo 😘.
It would be great to go to a soba restaurant and drink sake while picking up tempura, if that was in the light of day ✌️

Good morning, Yasubeyesan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
You did a lot of walking and drank quite a lot of good sake 😁I also talked to the brewer and had lunch here 👍✨I'm planning to visit Nada next year before it gets too hot, so this was helpful 🙏.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
I was very satisfied with today's Nada Gogo walk as my main purpose was to have soba and sake at Fukuju-san and buy some fresh nigori to take home 😀.
I'll make sure to consume the amount of food and drink I had 😅.

Hi 3KAN4ON 😀
Yes... it's a great luxury to be able to enjoy a variety of sakes while the sun is still high in the sky 😀.
And the fact that the sake is only available at the brewery makes it even more special and delicious 😀.

Hi Pon 😀
I thought the best way to visit a brewery is to go to a small brewery rather than a major one 😀.
Bigger breweries have a lot of sake to compare, but smaller breweries are better for talking about various things and sake you don't usually drink!
