Shimane sake that I rarely have a chance to drink 🍶.
I bought it because it was on sale 😆.
The color is clear.
The smell is faintly of rice 🌾.
On the palate, it has a thin sweetness and a bold sourness.
It is sharp without any aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is also very vigorous, with a sense of speed and momentum.
As you hold it in your mouth, the umami of the rice comes out, and it has depth.
I thought it would be a refreshing sake, but when I tasted it, I was able to fully enjoy the umami of the rice 🌾😊.
This kind of sake 🍶 would be a shame to drink it guzzling 🤣.
