Kaze no Mori after a long time
This is the first time I've had such a unique summer sake.
I was surprised at the force when I opened the cork.
Like champagne 🍾.
Full of freshness and quite juicy.
Fruity, with a touch of bitterness.
My wife enjoyed it a lot.
It goes on and on, but I saved it for the second day.
I think the bubbles are still there and the taste hasn't changed much.
It's not a good summer drink, but it's great for summer, so it will be a bottle I want to drink again next year!

I painted Osaka last night😋.
I decided to do this for Osaka👍.
It's a juicy and fresh sake that's not too dry and not too refreshing😍️.
This is the only one left in Kanagawa and Fukuoka.

I bought this sake at Sake no Kimata after a 20 year absence😍.
So how does it taste😋?
I got the impression that it's a beautiful sake. I'm not sure if it's a typical Niigata sake or not. It comes in easily 😋.
It has an elegant sweetness and a gentle aroma that lingers on the palate😝️This is my favorite kind of sake ️Shizukitori takes a lot of time and effort to make 👍It's delicious ️.
This is a repeat decision 😁.

Tedorigawa純米大吟醸 百万石乃白

I️ also opened a bottle of this Tedorigawa yesterday.
I went to a liquor store in a neighboring city for the first time in 20 years, and to my surprise, the owner remembered me.
They also had a bottle of Houraisen's Sora no Nama Sake that I drank the other day, so I didn't hesitate to repeat it 😝 I think I'll be a regular customer from now on👍.
So how does it taste😝?
It's just like a Junmai Daiginjo 😍.
The sweetness is deep, the flavor is deep, and the sharpness is clean 😍I didn't know it was so good 😁I want to try other types too👍.

This is a great sake to enjoy on its own. I've already decided to repeat it.
I've been busy with my youth baseball team during Golden Week and I'm exhausted during the day. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do 😝.
