I forgot to take a picture of Koshino Yukigetsuka which was recommended by hachi😅. I'm sure I won't forget to post again 😆. I bought this sake at Sake no Kimata after a 20 year absence😍. So how does it taste😋? I got the impression that it's a beautiful sake. I'm not sure if it's a typical Niigata sake or not. It comes in easily 😋. It has an elegant sweetness and a gentle aroma that lingers on the palate😝️This is my favorite kind of sake ️Shizukitori takes a lot of time and effort to make 👍It's delicious ️. This is a repeat decision 😁.

Good morning, takeshon! So you went to Kimata-san after a long time? When I went there for the first time, I was surprised at the selection of chivalry 😳. The couple who run the shop are a delightful couple, and I look forward to their monthly newsletters!

Good morning, Tsuchiniten😃. Kimata-san is really a friendly person who gently teaches you many things. It's been a good shop for a long time. The store is new now though😁.

Good evening, takeshon! I've been reading your reviews and I'm amazed at how long you've been around! 😳. The Imo koji potatoes were the reason I started going, and then I went back to sake! I've been reading your reviews for a long time now and I'm amazed!

Good morning, Tsuchiniten😃. Kimata used to sell vegetables too 😁 about 25 years ago 🤣. I'll be back for more snow, moon and flowers👍.

Good morning, takeshon! I'm surprised that they even sell vegetables😳. I've been working with Kimata for less than 10 years, so... I'm sure you've heard of Tengakushi too. It's one of my favorite sakes😍.
