Timeline
ガルスFinally, my first Nabeshima.
For the record, as I was drunk and the taste is uncertain.
Bitter and fizzy, rather refreshing. ガルスOverwhelming sense of clarity
How fortuitous to come across a shizuku!
From the refreshing grassy aroma that is characteristic of Kuroryu, I felt the coolness and mellowness of the daiginjo in my mouth, and it snapped with a clear feeling. ガルスAfter enjoying Manju, Hekiju, Midoriju, Beniju, Toketsu, and Senju from Kubota, we were served a special sake, Rutsu. I was looking forward to drinking it to see what it tasted like as it was an aged Kubota sake.
It had a brown sugar-like aroma and sweetness on the palate.
It tasted both like sake and shochu, which was a new experience for me.
It tasted very mild and unique. ガルスI don't remember, because I drank after a lot of drinking. For the record. ガルスIt is purchased at Hamayu.
The sake which came to be made by the brewery renewal.
It has a woody aroma and a refreshing taste.
We have a chance to drink it about once a year, but it is always delicious.
Although it is a nama-shu, the taste does not deteriorate much even after a few days, so it is enjoyable. ガルスThe initial attack is characterized by freshness and sweetness. In the mouth, the impression is one of calm and crispness. The taste of this wine can only be experienced just after opening the bottle. ガルスAll of them are delicious Jyushiro. This Daiginjo is a little less sweet and easy to drink. I felt it had a good balance while retaining the goodness of the Jussiyo. The rare Jussiyo was a rare opportunity to compare drinks, which was very valuable. Moreover, you can drink as much as you want, Hamayuu, you're amazing. ガルスIt tastes like condensed melon syrup, but it's great because it's not sweet and refreshing. It may be a typical taste of the fourteenth generation. ガルスAll of the fourteenth generation is delicious, of course, but this one is my favorite. It has the elegant sweetness of the Jyushiro with the freshness and richness of a rich taste. I can't stop drinking it. Thank you for this encounter. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
