We tasted at Morita Sake Shop in Yamato Yagi, probably the first rainfall in the Kansai region.
It is located in front of JR Unebi Station, but only one train comes every hour, so it is convenient to walk from Yamato Yagi Station or Yagi Nishiguchi Station on the Kintetsu Line.
This sake was unique among the many Nara sake such as Shinomine, Okura, Choryu, Hanaboe, Kintake, Harushika, Umenoyado, and others.
It was sweet and sour with strong gas. It has a champagne-like atmosphere.
It is similar to Kouji apple because of the use of malic acid high-productivity yeast.
Kikuyu, a brewery that used to make traditional sake, was bought by a company that was mainly in the real estate business (at the time of its founding, it was in the rice-polishing business), and a new brand was launched under a new organization.

I was told that I could try all the ones they had in stock, so I did, but in the end I bought the peach-colored nigori I'd been after from the start.
