Dry sake from Tenryohai Shuzo, a sake brewery on Sado Island.
According to the waiter, it is blended with daiginjo, so even though it is a honjozo, it has a daiginjo aroma and a high alcohol content, making it "the go-to sake for non-beer drinkers.
I had it with sashimi.
As expected, the sensation was very strong.
It is less dry than expected, and you can get drunk easily.
