Imanishiki by Yonezawa Sake Brewery, which is now part of Ina Foods. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it was of a very high level. It has a clean finish with the goodness of the sake rice, Kinmon-Nishiki. I have come to like it.

This is the first time to drink Joyo. The rice polishing ratio is 30, and it has a clear taste, but it also has a good umami. It is a good sake.

Kamotsuru made with my favorite Aiyama rice. When Aizan rice is used, all of the wines are basically gorgeous, and my wife says they are delicious.
