Tasake Usunigori Junmai Ginjo Nama, which I was sure would be delicious from the label, bottle, and color of the sake. The aroma was just right, not too assertive. The taste is as expected, easy-drinking and sweet, and in addition, it is a very well-balanced sake that does not lose its sake-like character. The taste is not overly sweet or easy to drink, but has just the right amount of acidity and sharpness to satisfy the taste of only one bottle per person!

I feel that more and more sake is being made with Aizan these days. I had never had Hitakami and purchased the Tenjiku series, which I was curious about. I was told that it goes well with fish dishes, so I had it with sushi. It was refreshing and elegant, just as sold. And most importantly, it was delicious. It was easy to drink like Aizan, but with just the right amount of acidity and sharpness. This is indeed a sake that goes well with fish dishes.

The clean smell that clears the nose makes it easy to drink. It is a very tasty sake with a fruity and juicy flavor that spreads in the mouth and goes down the throat crisply. It has a strong flavor among Junmai Daiginjos.

The slightly tangy mouthfeel is followed by the freshness and fruity acidity of the unpasteurized sake. A very tasty and easy-drinking sake. If you like Niimasa No. 6, you will like this one too.

The freshness of the sake, typical of nama-zake, is felt the moment you take a sip! It is easy to drink and perfect as an aperitif or a mid-meal drink. I think it has a taste that can be enjoyed by everyone.
