Brown...! Delicious. The taste is very strong and it leaves a strong impression. Also, the taste is different after shaking the bottle and before. After shaking the bottle, the thorns disappear and it becomes mellow.

This is a sake that was jointly developed by a Toyama sake brewery to see if they could do something with the Corona vortex. Maybe you can only drink it now?
