It is 100% Omachi unfiltered draft. I had it in my refrigerator for about 4 months after opening the bottle. It is still delicious. It tastes good right after opening the bottle, but it tastes better if you let it sit. It tastes different every time I drink it, even though I live with it every day (in my fridge). And it tastes better every time. You won't find such an interesting sake anywhere else.
