It smelled like natto (fermented soybeans) at first, but I didn't mind it halfway through. It has a little bit of a habit, but it's one that makes me keep on drinking.
The sake is made from Plateau no Shizuku (Koshihikari) and goes well with miso.
It has a sour and quirky feel to it, but I think it tastes different depending on the dish.
