At Higashi-Hiroshima Saijo Sake Festival
As you can see in the picture, the sake was well chilled, so although it is dry, it is easy to drink and has a spicy aftertaste.
I did not notice any harshness or other unpleasant taste at all.

Alcohol 16-17%.
100% Yamadanishiki
I haven't opened it yet, so I'll give my impressions later.
I bought it because it had the same name as my child.
The price is quite good.
Looking forward to drinking it.
