We had a new sake of Toyofuai's special junmai-shu. First of all, it is very soft on the palate, with a hint of apples. You can feel the rich taste of rice, and then it disappears quickly. Even if you pair it with bulgogi, which has a strong flavor, it will stay with you. I enjoyed it very much.

I had my first Collage with Junmai Sake, which was brewed in the first fire of the 2049 brewing year. It's fresh, clean, and dry, but as it gets closer to room temperature, you can smell the melon flavor. It is a sake that goes well with everything from sashimi and tempura to potato salad. We enjoyed it very much.
