We had a new sake of Toyofuai's special junmai-shu.
First of all, it is very soft on the palate, with a hint of apples.
You can feel the rich taste of rice, and then it disappears quickly.
Even if you pair it with bulgogi, which has a strong flavor, it will stay with you.
I enjoyed it very much.
