It retains a bit of bran aroma and has a strong acidity. I tried drinking it cold alone, but the aroma seems to stand out even with a meal or when it is warmed up. It is very delicious.

アルコール分10%ということで、かなりの甘さ（ほぼ甘酒）。残った米粒の食感が美味しい。発泡感は無い。
