Kouzenjosui has a fruity aroma and a clear mouthfeel. This one is a little rounded and has a gradual umami taste. The clear impression is still there. Delicious, but not enough for me..., I regret eating fried chicken with it.

Unrefined unpasteurized sake bottled directly from this year's new sake. Juicy, rich, umami dry taste. It has the freshness of new sake and is not cloying. I like to drink it with strong flavored food (but end up drinking a lot of it). When I tried Tamagawa on the rocks with ice breakers in the summer, I still couldn't taste the sake. I want to try it again.
