Today we had a comparison between Rokugo Higashine and Kanazawa Nishine. Both are made with the same sake rice as Misato Nishiki and the same yeast as Kameyama yeast. I thought the Rokugo Higashine was more refreshing, but don't believe me because I have a stupid tongue, 👅. They're both delicious!
This is the Wakimizu label. Misato Nishiki and Kameyama yeast are the same as the Tanbo label. It's a limited summer release. It tastes like the same as the Tambo label. It's delicious! Thank you 😊.
