The richness of flavor in the mouth is exceptional.
You feel a balance of sweetness and spiciness, and the aftertaste lingers well. The aroma that passes through the nose is good.
In collaboration with a sake taster.
The flavor is outstandingly rich and expansive due to the fact that it is a draft sake. The taste is so rich that it makes you wonder if this is what it is supposed to be like to be full. The aftertaste was clean without leaving much aftertaste. The aftertaste is refreshing and does not leave much aftertaste.
It seems that there are many kinds of old sake, and some of them are suitable for hot sake.
At first, I like the high aroma and the impact of the mouthfeel.
From right to left: Oroku (Shimane), Kaze no Mori (Nara), Takachiyo (Niigata). I preferred the smoky weight of the Ohroku. Kaze no Mori is a sake for beginners. Takachiyo is slightly effervescent and has a great sweetness, like a dessert sake.
