Sake made from Hachitan-Nishiki, the representative sake rice of Hiroshima Prefecture. This is the first time for me to drink this brand. It tastes deliciously spicy and makes you want to drink it slowly. The aroma in the nose and the lingering aftertaste are both pleasant.
