Sealed 300ml bottle. The color was slightly filtered, but it was clear and colorless, and had the clean taste of ginjo-shu. Today, I dipped cucumber in cantankerous vinegar, but it was a good match. Barrel number for testing:T-176 Barrel number for blending:T-22 ALC 15.2 Acidity: 1.3 Yeast: Niigata G9

Gekkeikan Junmai Daiginjo Raw Sake A multi-sided cut bottle. The streamlined bottle caught my eye, so I bought it. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, and the image of Junmai Daiginjo is fragrant and sweet, but the taste was different from what I imagined, and I felt that sake is deep. I could feel the aroma of Junmai Daiginjo, but it was also sharp! Is it because it is raw sake? I learned one more thing. Junmai Daiginjo Namazake Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Less than 15-16% ALC

A collaboration product with Yanmar! I like the bottle design! I don't think there are many transparent bottles out there, but it really brings out the Sawa-no-Tsuru mark, and I'm surprised at the variety of gaps. It's expensive, and I was a little nervous to open it. The unfiltered sake has a rich throat feel. It's a sweet taste that makes me want to have richly flavored food. Yum! Jackets. I found a sake that was too packed with concept. I didn't know how to drink it, so I took a look at Sawanotsuru's website. It has a high alcohol content of 18.5 degrees, so you can enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as on the rocks or with soda. This time we had it at room temperature and on the rocks. It has the aroma of Junmai Genshu, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sensation, but the throat feels light. It seems to go well with strong flavored dishes. On the rocks, it was smooth and easy to drink. A sake taster. This is what happens when you put together the opinions of over 100 people. I'm learning. Junmai Rice Polishing Ratio:70 ALC 18.5

It was very sweet and rich from aging. It also smells great, but I've cooled it down so I'd like to try a different way to drink it next time. The 300ml bottle is just right for drinking up. The bottle design is good by Shirataki Shuzo. Junmai Ginjo Rice polishing ratio:55 ALC15%~16%.

The rice polishing ratio is 28%, which is quite polished. It has a refreshing mouthfeel. It is easy to drink, but you may feel it is not enough.

The mouthfeel is sweet. It is best served cold. It is made with pure snow melt water from the Daisetsu Mountains in Hokkaido, and has just the right amount of sweetness and sharpness when chilled. I want to drink it while feeling the enthusiasm for sake brewing in my hometown Asahikawa to make sake of higher quality than Nada.
