MatchyA collaboration product with Yanmar! I like the bottle design! I don't think there are many transparent bottles out there, but it really brings out the Sawa-no-Tsuru mark, and I'm surprised at the variety of gaps. It's expensive, and I was a little nervous to open it.
The unfiltered sake has a rich throat feel. It's a sweet taste that makes me want to have richly flavored food. Yum!
