MatchyGekkeikan Junmai Daiginjo Raw Sake
A multi-sided cut bottle. The streamlined bottle caught my eye, so I bought it.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%, and the image of Junmai Daiginjo is fragrant and sweet, but the taste was different from what I imagined, and I felt that sake is deep. I could feel the aroma of Junmai Daiginjo, but it was also sharp!
Is it because it is raw sake?
