Remarks. More sake-like than Yamae-Nishiki. It is delicious, but not to my taste.

Remarks. It is a fruity sake with a gorgeous aroma, though not strong. It has a slight sourness, but the twinge when it goes down your throat makes you feel the deliciousness. Is the alcohol content high? There is a feeling of alcohol in the stomach. Dry? It is a delicious sake. Is it umami?

Purchased at a local liquor store. It is a 100% Hitogochi 100% Shiboritate Junmai Nama-nama-shu produced in Nagano Prefecture. It has the bitterness and acidity typical of a pure sake, which leaves a slight aftertaste. The aftertaste is refreshing with a slight lingering aftertaste.

It was bottled on the spot from a server in the storefront of Hanamon Daisetsukei, the Daisetsukei Sake Brewery. The cap (crown) is hand-tightened (a feat of strength lol). The sake is slightly effervescent and aromatic, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is one of my personal favorites. Since it is a pure sake, it needs to be kept cool even when carrying it around. A four-pack bottle (720 ml) is 2,090 yen. Limited to 70 bottles. I bought 4 bottles for myself and for souvenirs.

Mr. GDB-E Good morning ☀️ I went here yesterday too. Unfortunately, this one was sold out😅. 70 bottles goes by so fast, doesn't it?
