Tocho from Saga. Junmai sake. It has a rich, full-bodied flavor. It is made with clean water from the Taradake mountain range and exudes Saga's attention to detail from the yeast. It is slightly sweet, easy to drink, and has no peculiarities.
Dewazakura 40.8% "Snow Goddess". Junmai Daiginjo. Local sake made with water from Yamagata. The brewing process, which has a history of several decades, produces a reliable taste. The aroma is so good that the moment you drink it, you will fall in love with it.
The mandarin orange flower. The simple one. Junmai sake. This was also drunk on a different day, but it was very easy to drink. It seemed to be sweeter and easier to drink. Furusato tax payment is the best!
Mansaku no Hana. Local sake made with water from the Ou Mountains in Akita. Purchased with tax money from Furusato. It is a junmai sake, a little dry but easy to drink. I finished half of it in one day.
