Miyamanishiki (100% of Aizu-grown contract cultivation) 45% polished rice, 17% Al. I bought this one after the summer brew because it's a good costumer's sake that I like. The aroma is gorgeous and berry-like. When I put it in my mouth, the mellow sweetness spreads and the sourness is not very strong. It's on the sweet side, but it's not insistent, it just goes on your tongue and is easy to drink! You can drink it on its own, but the smoked pork belly was the right choice. I haven't had a drink in a long time, so I emptied 4 bottles in one night (2 hours).....

Yamadanishiki 100% polished 65% Al 17%. The aroma is mild, the taste is light and sweet with a refreshing finish that's perfect for a meal. Together, we paired the avocado tartar cheese bake with salmon and whale sashimi, and I can't complain about the sashimi! The avocado looked like it would be better to combine it with a warmed-up version of the 💡.

100% Miyamanishiki and 50% polished 15 degrees The balance of flavor, sweetness and acidity is in line with the Tenmei concept. The aroma is not too bright and the aftertaste is short and refreshing. I paired it with spiced grilled white fish and sashimi of grillings. It's a good pairing, too.
