I came home in the snow of the strongest cold wave and tried to warm up with hot sake for the first time.
When I put it in my mouth, I could taste the umami and then the acidity. It is quite delicious.
I think I'm going to be addicted to hot sake as well 😄.

I was torn between Yamadanishiki and Omachi, but this time I bought the Yamadanishiki one.
When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to find that it has a gaseous and gassy feeling even though it is fire-brewed! The taste is fruity and acidic, and it cuts right through. It is definitely delicious!
It was so delicious that it made me want to buy Yumachi next time. ''(´ω` )/''

Tazake Special Junmai
It's been 7 months since I started drinking sake after watching a certain channel.
Finally I was able to buy it, Tasake😊.
The aroma when I opened the bottle was almost nothing, but when I drank it, I could smell a slight fruity aroma from the glass 😊.
As soon as you drink it, the flavor spreads and you can feel a little bit of alcohol when it goes down your throat but it stays there 😄.
I could buy a bottle but I'm sure it will run out soon😅

The shopkeeper told me that it's a single heating, so there's not much change in taste, so I drank it without thinking.
The alcohol feeling that was there yesterday when it went down my throat is gone 😊The flavor is still there and it's even easier to drink ☺️.
