Kirin Secret Sake Shimoetsu Shuzo Co. Polishing ratio 35 17 degrees Celsius Aged at low temperature for 5 years The mouthfeel is very soft and smooth with a delicious flavor ☺️. The bottle is light blue like a water balloon 💙Cute 😍I wonder if it was inspired by the image of a drop of water? I'll have a sip and sip 🙏. Tonight's accompaniments are boiled mebaru 🐠wakame and octopus with vinegar 🐙. I put chilled tofu with chirimen sansho 🎵.

KUBOTA Sparkling with gas 🍾. First word, sweet! It has a slight sense of thickening and a natural sweetness of rice that is not clingy. Fruity aroma. I wonder if it should be served alone or in an after-dinner dessert atmosphere? Maybe it goes well with fruit or chocolate🍫🙂🍓🍈. But I'm having it with smoked mimigas😅. The smokiness spreads with the bubbles and makes it even richer🙆♀️. It's like Beauty and the Beast😅👸🦬.

Rice polishing ratio 55 It is a pure sake, like breathing in fresh air. It is a sake that has no presence in a good way, like a god that accepts everything✨🙏. I think the phrase "goes well with any meal" is often used, and this is exactly what it is, it subtly raises the level of your meal (^^). Thank you very much for the meal. I'm the only one who drinks at home, so it takes me an average of three to four days to finish it. Ate I remembered Mamakari pickles Pickled scallops in soy sauce Beef and cheese risotto Soboro Tofu

My first thought was, so cute💕. Rice is a fruit! I'm not sure what to think. The color is pale, cloudy, and thick. It's very lightly gassy, with a yogurt-like sourness that complements the sweetness. It's well-balanced and I never get tired of drinking it. It was everything I had hoped it would be💕. I recommend chilling it ❄️. It was delicious🙏✨. Crunchy thin crust pizza with mushroom bacon cheese 🍕 Sweet and sour pickled cherry tomatoes 🍅 Bean sprouts and chopped fried tofu with oyster sauce

It's bottle and can collection day! It's already too late! I forgot to check the production date of this one I got for dinner tonight! OMG! Continuing the Funaguchi series from last night. Yesterday it was a fresh Honjozo. Today it's an aged Ginjo. I'm guessing that the aging process was done after 6 months to a year. The taste is totally different. Yesterday I described it as tasting like my mother back home, but today it tastes like my father in the Showa era! (laughs) What the heck is that? The light amber color has an aged taste. After all, individuality comes out, so the ate should also be individualistic. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Aha, yummy!!! A sake that makes you say so intuitively the moment you bring it to your mouth. Nowadays, there are many unique sakes, and I have a lot of curiosity, so I try a lot of unusual things, but But when I drink this Kikusui Funaguchi, I feel like I can go back to the basics. It tastes like my mother back home (laughs). No, but it's been a long time since I've had Funaguchi, isn't it kind of refined? It has a much more beautiful taste than before. (About 25 years ago) On the bottom of the can, there's a date of manufacture: 21/9/14. I think I sipped it about 4 months after it was shipped. This is the first time in Japan that raw sake was distributed in aluminum cans, which means that you can enjoy the changes over time, from fresh and gorgeous at the time of shipment, to rich and brandy-like at the end of 6 months, to old sake after a year. If you buy a dozen at the time of shipment, you can really enjoy this aging process! One more dream (laugh) I'm satisfied with Kajimaya's baby sardine, vinegared cod, UFO yakisoba and pork shabu salad (^^)

Happy New Year to you and your family! To all sake lovers out there! Let's cleanse ourselves with New Year's sake and enjoy a fun and delicious sake life this year! The first sake of the year is a sparkling sake called "Two Time Fermentation Sake in the Bottle" which is like a champagne method🍾 It has a dry taste. It has a deep flavor with a soft rice sweetness and a delicious taste that spreads from the nose to the back of the throat. It's not overpowering, so it's a wonderful marriage with many different types of ate✨. I've been addicted to foam sake for the past few years Best Choice It's a 360ml bottle, so it's gone before you know it😅🎵. It's a great combination of flavors and tastes. I'll be back soon! What a chaos!

If you ask me how I feel, of course I feel good🎵! THE Sake! feeling. The aroma that passes through the nose is round and mellow (^^) It has a good sharpness, so it is a welcome sake during meals. It is the perfect match for a meal that is softly wrapped in the veil of the Shimehari Tsuru, and it can harmonize with both strong and light flavors. One pot of anglerfish and scallops, Kiri cheese, and a grain of extremely salty Doritos La maison du chocolat Passion vibrant. It's already a mess (lol) Oh, chocolate and sake do go well together 😀🍫💕.

You all know Kubota. The moment you send it down your throat and say, "Yes, I see, that's what it's like," it rises up from the back of your throat and kicks in. A thin macho idol. Okra and chicken with sesame seeds, fried mushrooms and bacon, and udon noodles with Hamon Serrano instead of seaweed to finish. Very good 🌟👍!

It's a refreshing classic. It feels dry to me. It's a food wine that goes well with just about anything. Like someone who casually dropped a handkerchief in the aftermath (laughs). Menma, scallop cream cheese and chicken rice to finish. Very good👍🌟.
