I forgot to check the production date of this one I got for dinner tonight! OMG!
Continuing the Funaguchi series from last night. Yesterday it was a fresh Honjozo. Today it's an aged Ginjo.
I'm guessing that the aging process was done after 6 months to a year.
The taste is totally different. Yesterday I described it as tasting like my mother back home, but today it tastes like my father in the Showa era! (laughs) What the heck is that?
The light amber color has an aged taste.
After all, individuality comes out, so the ate should also be individualistic.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
