I bought this the other day from Kobayashi Shuzo in Kuriyama.
The taste is clean and sweet, but not too sweet.
It's a sake that can be served with just about anything.
It is also very good.
It's an ori-garari, but the ori isn't involved, so it's a bit lonely.

It has a sweet taste and no peculiarity, so I can't help but drink it.
I bought this today at Naganuma Onsen in Sorachi and it goes well with the Yose-Tofu ❗️.

I don't know why it's called "Besshii", but it has a slight aroma of oak and a good amount of acidity and sweetness. It also has a slight sourness.
