I bought this Junmai Daiginjo by Kokushimusou at a Hokkaido product exhibition. It was a limited edition made for Kagoshima, and when I tasted it, it was gorgeous and delicious, so I bought it! I also tasted Asahi Shinwei, but it was so much more gorgeous than Asahi Shinwei 😁 I was convinced that the price is more than double of this one! LOL!

Gold-colored, easy-drinking sake. I drank it at room temperature according to the recommended temperature on the label (room temperature to lukewarm). It has little sweetness, with a strong sourness that goes down your throat quickly. Once you get used to the sourness, it is easy to drink and you can enjoy it easily.
