I received a bottle from Mr. Kawatoo, a hometown taxpayer, and it is delicious!
The rice is "Celebration" and the yeast is "Kyo-no-Koi".
It's too good to drink cold (it's better when it's a little cold).
(I felt it was better served cold than cold.)
