It was a good sake for a change of pace after a series of full-bodied and aromatic sakes.
Sashimi (tuna, salmon, sea bream, squid, shrimp), vinegared mackerel, pickled cucumber おたけIt is not a strong statement, but it has a banana-like ginjo aroma with a hint of presence. The round taste drifts slowly through the mouth. You can feel the history, but there is also newness, which is good. AIt is rich and delicious with lots of flavor and richness.
The taste is very heavy, but you can feel the acidity afterwards. だらすけthick

It's funny how the bottle has a Hankyu pattern on it! And it's a brewery that's closer to home than you might think, so we'll have to go there next time! It would be nice to have something a little more refreshing. ODAcchiKotobuki Shuzo is located in Settsu-Tomidago, Osaka, which is said to be Japan's oldest famous brewery, since the brewing of sake was recorded in 1471.
Tondasake is a sake with less aroma and more flavour, according to the brewery.
