It was a good sake for a change of pace after a series of full-bodied and aromatic sakes.
Sashimi (tuna, salmon, sea bream, squid, shrimp), vinegared mackerel, pickled cucumber おたけIt is not a strong statement, but it has a banana-like ginjo aroma with a hint of presence. The round taste drifts slowly through the mouth. You can feel the history, but there is also newness, which is good. AIt is rich and delicious with lots of flavor and richness.
