At Izakaya Akari Matsuyama Hanazono branch.
The second glass was the recommended Daiginjo of Jokawago.
I paired it with Ehime's specialty, jako katsu.
It was gorgeous but sharp and very
delicious.
I bought it on the way to Kochi. The rice is polished from 50 to 58% for Junmai. Chill it in the refrigerator and drink it. Banana? Melon? The harmony of the fruit flavor and the rice flavor is interesting. The acidity is moderate.
