August 4, 2021 At Izakaya Akari Matsuyama Hanazono branch. The fifth glass, the closing of the day, was the standard Sakusen Eiko Junmai Ginjo Matsuyama Mitsui. A slightly dry sake that goes great with seafood. It is my favorite sake with good balance. It is my favorite local sake. with sashimi platter. I took it deliciously.

Whenever I come here, I always order The bamboo tube cold sake which was chilled to a very cold temperature. The contents are in my favorite Matsuyama Mitsui. Sweetness, umami, sourness and balance. Good flavor and a variety of dishes. Easy to match. It's not as well known nationally. Well made and delicious sake.
