I was attracted by the "miracle" in Miracle Junmai 77 and bought it.
It is a "miracle dry junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 77%. It is refreshing and easy to drink! I was quite impressed that it was easy to drink and had a strong alcoholic taste.
However, the words "milled rice ratio" and "milled white ratio" do not make sense to me no matter how many times I read the explanation....

Very interesting, clean and savoury with a creamy finish. Swiss cheese, cantaloupe, bubblegum, burnt sugar, cream.
It’s quite strong, with a robust bitterness that doesn’t get too strong luckily. Very clean flavour but interestingly mixed with savoury notes. Rich and full-bodied. It’s got a slight bit of sweetness initially but goes dry by the finish.
Very interesting, pretty enjoyable, but a tad bit strong.
