⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is my first sake rice called Snow Goddess. It is delicious. It is a little dry and acidic, but it is delicious.

This is a light dry sake with excellent clarity, especially at the first sip, when its flavor sinks into the tongue, giving you a refreshing and full-bodied taste. It is a miracle that such a smooth and refreshing sake can be brewed even with only 77% of the raw rice finely milled. Shirataki is a light, dry sake with an overall strong flavor, but it's a sake you'll want to try at different temperatures.

Opened a bottle of sake that was given to me. It is clear like water. Well, I've been drinking too much good stuff lately, so I'm not particularly impressed. It's like a chaser lol.

I was attracted by the "miracle" in Miracle Junmai 77 and bought it. It is a "miracle dry junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 77%. It is refreshing and easy to drink! I was quite impressed that it was easy to drink and had a strong alcoholic taste. However, the words "milled rice ratio" and "milled white ratio" do not make sense to me no matter how many times I read the explanation....

3.75+/5 Very interesting, clean and savoury with a creamy finish. Swiss cheese, cantaloupe, bubblegum, burnt sugar, cream. It’s quite strong, with a robust bitterness that doesn’t get too strong luckily. Very clean flavour but interestingly mixed with savoury notes. Rich and full-bodied. It’s got a slight bit of sweetness initially but goes dry by the finish. Very interesting, pretty enjoyable, but a tad bit strong.
