One day, while patrolling the internet for Masamune, I saw the words "Kunimitsu Masamune 2 bottles left" ❗️😳
I was so excited 😤....

This is a sake brewed by Nanbu Bijin, imitating the Edo period brewing method based on the Nanbu Touji's secret book 🍶.
I was thrilled to be able to buy it because I thought it was a project brew and not available 🥹.
After the appreciation period, I opened the bottle with no intention 🍶.
The color is light amber 🟡.
The aroma is typical of the classic type 🤔.
On the palate it has a viscous sweetness.
I can't describe it well, but it's similar to caramel, with a light sweetness 🤔.
As it approaches room temperature, the flavor profile becomes blurred, so the sweetness is clearer and fresher when it is cold.
The end result is a refreshing finish with a subtle hint of hackberry.
There is no bitterness, and it melts in the mouth as if it is fading away. It is hard to find such a clear sake with 90% polished rice.
It was 13,000 yen for a 4-pack, which is the highest price I have ever paid for sake 💰.
However, it was an awesome sake that shows the high level of brewing skill of Nanbu Bijin ✨.
I am grateful to have found an awesome Masamune 🙏.
