On October 1st, the declaration was lifted, so I went to Fushimi. First tasting ban in a long time😃. I bought it because I was curious about how it was brewed with Kyoto rice, "Shukyu". It is crisp and dry, but with a soft and fine taste. Fushimizu was soft and tasty.

I've been drinking sake since I finished my vaccination. On the way home, I saw a bargain on mackerel sushi that was about to expire, so I rushed to the convenience store to pick up some special junmai sake. It has a peculiar aroma. That's what I thought. The hiyaoroshi was rather faint, so it seemed very clear... It's an unpasteurized sake, so it's packed with flavor and the sweetness of the rice, but the aftertaste is so dry that it feels cold. I'm going to warm it up after the second glass. I want to drink it with dashi (soup stock) because I have chicken nabe.

Purchased at 7-Eleven. The aroma is subdued, or perhaps the spiciness is more pronounced in the mouth, but on the other hand, the sweetness is also very strong. Like the namesake Rosanjin Kitaoji, a general artist, the sake has a strong claim to fame
