I received it at room temperature.
Read as "Fumotoi no Madoka".
As the label says, it is spicy.
I wonder if it is called "dry"? I thought it might have been spicier if it was cold. I thought it might have been spicier if it was cold.
I have the impression that it would go well with sashimi.
Thank you very much!
I had it cold as recommended. It has a very light feel on the palate, and as it warms up in the mouth, it has a bit of a rice flavor. It might be better if it were slightly lukewarm as indicated on the label, but since it is a 4-pack bottle, I finished it before it was lukewarm. Thank you very much for the sake.

We served it lukewarm. It has no sticky stickiness characteristic of heated sake.
It was released in 1981 to commemorate the third consecutive year it won an award at a sake competition. I didn't know that long ago!
The ginjo aroma, strong sweetness and bitterness are impressive.
