A sharp, fresh bottle. Delicious. It is refreshing and goes well with beef tongue. Good with sashimi. I like it with everything. Good sake. Good restaurant.

I went for a walk and had a light drink with some local old guys. Among the beer and highball sets, there was a sake set that included a sake comparison, which we ordered. I like Hyogo sake, so I was happy to order three different kinds (Otokoyama, Shirayuki, and Ginban). I was wondering if I had had this before, but I think I had drunk Otokoyama in Hokkaido before. I would like to compare them next time. At Tsuruse Craft Beer Shop

I wanted to have another nigori sake, but I was told that we were going to finish up, so I chose this light and dry sake as my last drink. It was a refreshing sake without a strong aroma. It went perfectly with the mentaiko butter udon noodles and apple ice cream we had to finish the meal.

Hi mamiko, sorry to bother you here too💦. Mentaiko udon is very rare 😳 but it looks delicious♡I made mentaiko spaghetti yesterday because I had a craving for it 😆.

Pon-chan, here you go~(*´-`) The mentaiko udon came out looking different from what I imagined. It was a small bowl of udon, mentaiko, butter, green onion, and chopped nori, and I mixed and ate it by myself (๑˃˃˃).
