精米歩合90%！ほとんど削ってない！キレがめっちゃよくて辛みの後すぐに消える。ほのかに甘みもあるけどお米の甘み。全体的に日本酒らしい味わい。

昨夜の酒の感想を書き忘れてました。
思ったよりも綺麗でスッキリしたお酒。
精米歩合90%ということは、ほとんど削っていない白米のような状態だと思うのですが、雑味は少なく、悪酔いしそうな香りもありません。
とても丁寧に作られている感じがしますね。
