Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. Although there is a tangy alcoholic stimulation when the sake is first served cold, it has a good balance of sweet, spicy, and bitter tastes, and as the temperature rises, the sweet and umami tastes come out later on. This is a refreshing, yet rich and powerful sake! This is a new brand that was just born 2 years ago, so we will continue to follow it 😋.

The discreet ginjo aroma gives the sake a bouncy mouthfeel that is hard to imagine, and a "sake-like" sensation that is clearly conveyed. It is numbing and sharp! The appearance of a workman who is unpretentious, but makes you feel comfortable and intoxicated. Sake with a sense of cleanliness that makes you want to savor it with roasted squid as a snack.

This Sake is light and sweet. It has a nice soft mouth feel with flavors of apple, banana and cotton candy. I like the finish because it is clean and not acidic. A satisfying drink with dinner or by itself.

Very well balanced sake. I've had several sakes with different rice, I have had several different rice varieties and they all seem to be well balanced. I think it will be popular in a few years. Tonight I would like to drink it with the taste of autumn, grilled swordfish.

Sota's hanpukai sake. Made from 100% Omachi grown in Okayama Prefecture. Very sweet...! After that, you can feel the alcohol on your tongue. It is quite robust, so it might be a little hard to drink only sake. The sweetness of the sake was too much even when combined with cheese and miso snacks. This is my booming sake, or rather, the sake I am promoting. It's a raw ogara-mi, but it's almost clear with almost no oriki. No gassiness, but fresh and tangy. The aroma is mellow and fruity, like pears. The sweetness and umami rush in. It's delicious.

I visited with my mother. I wanted some sake from Aizuwakamatsu, so I came back. So I had a cup (*^^*). I asked for a fruity, sweet sake and it was recommended. Nice. It goes well with fish. I think it's good.
