Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. Although there is a tangy alcoholic stimulation when the sake is first served cold, it has a good balance of sweet, spicy, and bitter tastes, and as the temperature rises, the sweet and umami tastes come out later on. This is a refreshing, yet rich and powerful sake! This is a new brand that was just born 2 years ago, so we will continue to follow it 😋.

Sake made from Fukushima Prefecture's sake rice called Fukunokou 🍶. I thought it would have a strong taste from the logo on the label, but it was surprisingly sweet and delicious 💡. It was very easy to drink as a food sake. 👍️

I was thrilled to discover a cozy sake store in a residential area that looked like a renovated warehouse 🚙 and entered the store to meet my first sake. The soft aroma that reminds me of apples, the full-bodied sweetness like cotton candy, and the slight rice flavor...it's delicious enough to be enjoyed on its own 😋.

Sweet and delicious sake 🍶. Fruity and good for those who don't like sake 😉. GET the fresh Hokkaido salmon musubiko on sale ❕. Tonight, I'll have a bowl of tetsubi & salmon roe on top of a bowl of rice 🍶. If you make it yourself, you can splurge at a third of the cost at a restaurant ✌.

While on the move, it was time to reflect on yesterday's trip to the hot spring resort. There was a little tasting corner, so I enjoyed it after the hot spring! First up was "Aizu Shikon. Wood and kiwi like aroma. Moist, banana and golden kiwi flavors. The spicy and acidic sharpness came later. It was easy to drink and was empty in no time👍.

Hello, Manachie-san! You can enjoy the Higashiyama Onsen and Aizu Sake until you are tongue-tied because there is a sake tasting corner + a refrigerator with postpaid sake...! You can drink while soaking in the footbath attached, so it's heavenly 👼.
