Sung Aji" Junmai from Uda Honten in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture. Righta Honten is a brewery with a long history, founded in 1602, two years after the Battle of Sekigahara and before the start of the Edo period! They say that their aim in brewing sake is to achieve the trinity of "easy drinking", "umami", and "lingering enjoyment". This Junmai is the umami type.

This is the sake we enjoyed during the "Iwami's Small Sake Brewery Online Tour". This sake is from Tsuwano, which is famous for tourism. It is said that the sake is made from Sakanishiki produced in Tsuwano. It has a full-bodied and rich rice flavor.
